The company is good, the overall culture is comparative acceptable

Dislikes

They lack basic morals and ethics. It’s a good place for People who can successfully do politics n act without ethics to come up by pulling down anyone. The managers n Teamleaders are very biased and don’t expect neutrality or justice. If u think u work hard and your work is gonna speak for you then you are the fool. People with zero technical knowledge n exemplary knowledge on how to tinker the managers or supervisors can survive the place for more than 15-20 years....Read More

Is transitioning from a Full Stack to Cloud Architect or DevOps role good idea?

I have completed 9.3 yrs of exp now. All these years I have worked on developing full stack web apps and websites. Worked little on cloud in deployment. I don’t have that patience or interest anymore of learning, practising DSA for interviews for software engineering or full stack roles. I am tired of it. Can’t take the stress any more of performing in pair-coding test platforms. My intuition now says I should try shifting completely towards DevOps or Cloud Architect roles. Am I thinking right?
