Management is very good and duly acknowledge the work done. Good salary and compensation. Good working environment. Quality conscious. Give Opportunity to grow.

Dislikes

Job security is bit challenge here, cost cutting means expel from Job- this approach is not good. Rather suggestion is that utilization of the people should be there to improve the Production and Productivity, so that additional cost if any be diluted.

Work Details

Fund Management,OTS Turnaround of the NPA company, Defense against SARFAESI, Exposure of CDR, DRT,NCLT, ARCs, Banks and Legal etc. Risk Management, Taxation - Income tax cases etc - CIT, ITAT and High Court etc.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
