Fix timing is a good thing. Employee need not to seat for too late.

Notice period of Company is 3 months. This is not the fair one. Many employees are missed their great opportunity of work at another workplace. As per Industry standard it should be between 30 to 45 days. Also work environment of company is boring. Work process is too lengthy and also the work is delayed due to unnecessary approval of business unit head as they have no any knowledge of the same but still employee should get the approval of work from that employee....Read More

Worst company for any self respecting guy. No Hike for 2 Years... don't deserve even a single star. No Positives- Just a big brand company.and management thinks you are monkey

VP and AVP driven. you should say "YES" to whatever they say. else you won't get any hike for sure. Sr. Management of the company has wavering sense of humor. Extremely volatile decision making, which changes every month based on their judgement. which can break your career

A set of old friends move from one company to other and thus the only people that benefit are management they have internal group and the rest of the employees are puppets and they enjoy the Bandar ka show. If you need work and are transiting it could be a good option but nothing more than six months

Since past 3years we working Bgss as Bangalore location our office in bank of Baroda Head Office building .in that building they looking our employees very cheap mentality & if any others Bank employees done mistake they blamed Evey time Bgss team we don't have any admin our separate bgss in building cleaning also not good our floorproper no training room's here.work place no freedom no activity no cultural festivals celebration .
