There is no job security it's not fault of bark it's only a management who's sitting they doesn't know how to judge on employees performance, especially in sales they don't even know how to judge employee performance after training 1st month itself they want our performance to match with tenure employees who's working from 1 year. Induction they will 3months will be probation period but reality is in 2nd month itself they put in PIP without seeing performance how it's improved. For new joines and tenure employees target will be same on screen they will show High target to dem but reality will be same. It's all about only a management who's sitting n playing with employees future. No Job security. Don not scratch ur future by joining this company especially who's looking for a long-term growth in companies this is not the right place. They don't even realise how employees will struggle to get the numbers to achieve Target all of sudden they will call you to meeting when ur working and they will tell today is your last u can go home. It's management dicision that's it.
Instead of giving rights to Bangalore management I want Head office to handle the employees it's good for company as well as for Employees who's struggling....Read More
