Work life balance is okay. External hires get good package.
Toxic leaders don't promote skill but promote their favorite girls in the name of diversity. Promotions give only 3-5% hike which you get anyways even when you don't get promoted,so what's the point. Appraisals are worst at Barclays, 3-5% avg hike every year. No benefits, rewards, reward points etc. Nothing.

1. They tell you something at the time of recruitment (HR error) n once u join you pay for the HRs mistake 2. They will not consider shifts for Indian festivals 3. Promotions mostly depends on ur cordination with management n less on the skills. 4. Lunch break is as per UK timings.
