Redudancies are impacting resources in last 2 years. They are backfilling resources at highers rates from vendors by removing employees. Also capable and deserving males are not getting promotions as most of the positions are reserved for diversity.

No promotion for nice attitude people and who are extremely result oriented as well

Bad attitude people thrives here with no strict action taken on them ... It's free zone for such employees ..good attitude people are taken advantage of and no promotion for male employees...diversity takes precedence without any merit they comes first irrespective of how a male performs ...
