Nikhil Gera, AVP at Barclays in TC01. The worst manager I have seen in Barclays, Because of him, 6 people has resigned. Several complains has been made to higher management about him, but bo action taken. This is the work culture of Barclays Transaction monitoring team.

Nothing about this company is appreciation worthy. The management is just people who run after girls. Doesn't matter if you work hard. They will remove you on order to protect eye candy from getting into trouble.

Dislikes

A total shit show. They don't have people. They can't manage people who work there. No work life balance. No phones policy. Micro management to the point where it's literally feels like jail. A girl named Taba for promoted twice cause she was close to vp named Ank. Useless management. Not disclosing names. But if you are former employees you know.
