Good CSR activities, colleague engagement activities, new decorated work place building.

Dislikes

No new learning, no peer support, existing employees after reaching a VP destination are recruiting their spouses, childrens and promoting them. So these so called VP's and directors are using their power and manipulating the recruitment.It has become a big family business and the UK leadership is ok with it. Leadership lacks vision. In the name of diversity/equity male candidates/colleagues are ignored for promotion and internal job transfer.
