Good CSR activities, colleague engagement activities, new decorated work place building.

Dislikes

No new learning, no peer support, existing employees after reaching a VP destination are recruiting their spouses, childrens and promoting them. So these so called VP's and directors are using their power and manipulating the recruitment.It has become a big family business and the UK leadership is ok with it. Leadership lacks vision. In the name of diversity/equity male candidates/colleagues are ignored for promotion and internal job transfer. For internal job transfer if you know any director or VP(if spouse/Mom/dad then best), then only the transfer is possible....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
