There's nothing much to like, it's just you get job security as being a government employee.

Dislikes

After being in the organisation for one year all I have to say there's no proper work culture, no work life balance. The people in the top of management just have one agenda that is to get as much as work done from juniors irrespective of the tool it has on employees. And there's no appreciation inspite of delivering your 100%.
