Old age PSU not ready to change. Lot of bureaucracy and red Tape. With a mammoth effort u can move needle only 1% in your entire tenure. While the world zips always these guys only lurch in their shadow. 75 years of history and smallest SCB. 10-25 year old pvt sector banks are up for unseating sbi and its ilk from top. No work life balance, extreme pressure for sales . Shortage of staff and very bad behaviour of higher Management executives on middle management officers. Frequent all India transfers , usse transfer as tools to harass it's employees to meet their targets.
