I have been fortunate in working with a great team of colleagues and seniors, Job security is for sure unless the person behaves themselves

Dislikes

The company will never force you to upgrade oneself so most the people remains in the comfort zones. Promotion is not given, it has to be taken by our own efforts. You will find very few people who can motivate you to think beyond the work they are doing right now Great place for a mid level employee to join and also a decent company for freshers to consider it as a stepping stone
