One of the worst bank I have ever seen.bandhan bank doesn't have work culture.Transfer between 1 month is common.if your boss is not satisfied with you then transfer is common thing here.no work timing here. bank daily closed 9.30 pm

SEL department worst business loan department, RO/RM on SEL you need give loan and collection also in a same time, collection old loan customer, that customer home and office you will be doesn't found, even previous RM given customer fake Loan closer letter, if customer doesn't give a money ASM was pressure you to given emi from your pocket.

I am writing this note to express my deep disappointment with my experience working at Bandhan Bank. As a former employee, I feel compelled to share my concerns in the hope that they will be addressed for the benefit of my colleagues who are still with the company. Firstly, the working culture is extremely demanding and unrealistic.The workday begins at 7:30 AM, and there is no defined end time. On some occasions, I found myself working until 11 PM, which is simply unsustainable. This brings me to my second concern: the management style. The managers often behave more like wardens in a hostel rather than leaders in a professional environment. There is little to no time for personal breaks, and leaving the office for any reason seems to be frowned upon. Additionally, the workload is overwhelming, especially when compared to the compensation. The amount of work expected from each employee far exceeds what is reasonable given the salary offered. Furthermore, the scheduling of unnecessary meetings at inappropriate times adds to the frustration. Meetings scheduled at 9 PM are not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to employees' personal time. When are we supposed to eat, rest, or even have a moment to ourselves? It is disheartening to note that higher management is aware of these issues but has yet to take them seriously. This disregard for employee well-being has led many of my colleagues to resign, and I ultimately made the same decision. I have never experienced such a difficult time in my professional life. While I understand the importance of hard work, this level of expectation is beyond reasonable. Even though person doesn't like the department higher officers pressuring him/her to work in that department,that's why employees are interested in resignation. And one particular point is AM and DM s are pressuring employee to do overtime 7 to 5or5:30 are actual time but it's going to 8 to 9 it's very over time and not good to do work at night Thank you

Worst bank to work with. April bonus is due more than 3 months now but seems no sign of bonus payment yet. Even if someone gets 30% hike i recommend not join Bhandhan bank. Employee turnover is very high and the culture is very bad

Working culture is employee friendly. Colleagues are helping,work oriented and motivated.

Lots of manual intervention, excessive documentation, weak and under-developed IT infrastructure, non-aggressive collection/recovery dept., mailing culture is not clear to most of the employees.

In banking sector, obviously, for a DBA there is lot to learn and implement. At Bandhan they give you the chance not only on Oracle but also other database like MySQL, MSSQL etc.

1. Work culture -Particular Department head or business head acts like a king,He/S can do anything, they can give you warning letter and transfer within 3 months from your joining for business. And HR department is not exist any matter of an employee. 2. Extreme Politics observed in every department like a Bangali Babu company. 3. Bonus and other parameters is not good. 4. I spent nine months at this company as a CRO, and I found it to be an unethical environment characterized by a domineering manager. Upper management regularly pressured employees to resign when they couldn't meet their unrealistic targets. This toxic culture is unacceptable.

Holidays and leaves are sufficient but approval depends solely on the supervisor. Also, resignation is solely dependent on supervisor and hence creates a lot of harrassment during the notice period. And very long notice period of 90 days.

No proper business development plans. Not enough work is allocated to juniors and surprisingly seniors always criticize and demoralize for low productivity. Seniors do not do anything about increasing productivity and blame only juniors for each and everything. No support guidance or knowledge shared by seniors. Salary is very poor except for departmental seniors. HR team is very poor. HR does not know any company policy and will never solve any queries of employees.
