The department in which i am working is not at all employee friendly, the company didn't arranged any facilities for us during lockdown situation and instead forced us to arrange vehicle and even mentally forced us to arrange motorbikes to come to office, the working hours is long, the management doesn't value about employees life during this pandemic situation, office politics
