There is no proper planning or training to an employee before employee takes on the role of the job.

Dislikes

Pure proprietary company. Mid level roles are handled by non locals who were not aware of whole geographic locations of particular state. No justice if mistake happened or dispute happened between employees. No employee relations manager.
