I work in five years long time in BANDHAN BANK. I see one thing is that there was lot of working politics. Here you can work with them overcome all the working politics then you will work either you are kicked out at a time. Poorest working culture. I have ever seen in my life. I think there is no company in India like that.

Is not a one reason to dislike this company. There is lot of reason number one work politics number to lot of pressure number for Sunday, Saturday working day number three pressured to the employee to instalment pay their own pocket.

I am writing this note to express my deep disappointment with my experience working at Bandhan Bank. As a former employee, I feel compelled to share my concerns in the hope that they will be addressed for the benefit of my colleagues who are still with the company. Firstly, the working culture is extremely demanding and unrealistic.The workday begins at 7:30 AM, and there is no defined end time. On some occasions, I found myself working until 11 PM, which is simply unsustainable. This brings me to my second concern: the management style. The managers often behave more like wardens in a hostel rather than leaders in a professional environment. There is little to no time for personal breaks, and leaving the office for any reason seems to be frowned upon. Additionally, the workload is overwhelming, especially when compared to the compensation. The amount of work expected from each employee far exceeds what is reasonable given the salary offered. Furthermore, the scheduling of unnecessary meetings at inappropriate times adds to the frustration. Meetings scheduled at 9 PM are not only inconvenient but also disrespectful to employees' personal time. When are we supposed to eat, rest, or even have a moment to ourselves? It is disheartening to note that higher management is aware of these issues but has yet to take them seriously. This disregard for employee well-being has led many of my colleagues to resign, and I ultimately made the same decision. I have never experienced such a difficult time in my professional life. While I understand the importance of hard work, this level of expectation is beyond reasonable. Worst bank to work with. April bonus is due more than 3 months now but seems no sign of bonus payment yet. Even if someone gets 30% hike i recommend not join Bhandhan bank. Employee turnover is very high and the culture is very bad
