Bandhan bank is very good to start a carrier in the banking sector and as it is grooving tremendously. It is a nice place to learn about banking, As a startup bank, lot of processes are gating built which is a great learning ground for freshers.

There is nothing to like about that company but one thing I must say that only job security is the one thing that anyone can get here, they never terminate employees no matter how bad he or she is unless they do something very extreme.

No increment, no growth I found in 2 years of working experience here. I got extreme bad senior and worst work culture in total of my working career.
