I did not like working with the bank at all.The working process is not systematic. The job profile given to me was teller but I was forced to do sales and marketing for bank.I was forced to come on sunday also to create the sales pressure. The resignation process is also very painful.HR is pathetic, they do not even confirm the resignation and exploit the employees by changing their job profile.This was the reason of my seperation from Bandhan Bank....Read More

Everything..the seniors, their behavior was horrible, they force the employees who were placed for Operation work for sales and used to pressurise them to leave if are unable to fulfill their targets.
