Salary Increment, Bonus are as per expectations, Mediclaim benefits are very good.

Dislikes

need to work 10 to 11 hours instead of 9 hours, but it was rare (7 - 8 days in a month) not regular basis. Administrative staffs (I was in IT Dept.) are very poor in English communication and most of them are not eligible for their posts. But as they were working with Bandhan Bank from Root level so they got opportunities to hold such posts.

First of all, Work satisfaction was totally zero. No growth to switch another company. Skill level also a factor that was not useful to different companies

Dislikes

It's totally travel oriented job. And the basically travelling ar just not a problem. The problem is working location and the working people.
