Nothing to praise about moreover deducted 30% salary during covid 19

Dislikes

No growth of company and employees both No growth possible because management is non professional to identify the non performers very settled since many years No job security Managing Director is being easily fooled by some rotten clever people

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
