Likes

Working for all the requirements of all the departments and customer, market complaints solving by direct interaction with customer, auditors and solving all the queries in exact requirements, satisfying by timely completion.

Dislikes

Promotions / Appraisals for right candidate was not awarded, even after doing excellent at work, utilising less resources and giving excellent outputs. More and more politics, partiality, groupism from management and higher officials spoiled the work atmosphere, culture and the departments.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
