* QC Manager is very worst , don't have minimum common sense, he was big bucket to the plant manager. We can say he is pet 🐕 for plant manager. *QC Manager and that plant manager both are very cheap mentality persons, many of female employees have left job because of them because of there behaviour towards female employees. *Both of this worst people's do worst groupism, if any employee coming from there reference they will give them salary like anything irrespective of his experience even though he/she have no experience they will get salary more than Experienced employees. Appraisal, increment, other facilities like food, travelling, HR Policies not available and implementation not done properly. EHS Policies not available and not taking seriously.
