No work life balance, need to work on week ends and extra hours every day and you can't take leaves even you are sick. poor planning in terms of distributing the work. No value for your opinions and ideas in developing the project you have to do what your boss asks you to do (even it does not make any sense). never follow any process and there are lot of hidden policies which are always in favor of the organization. very unprofessional and always pass commands. strictly not recommended to join, they may offer you better compensation but once you join you have to wait for decades to get your hike....Read More

Strict timings, no work life balance, heavy work load, no testing team developer has to do all the roles, no recognition, no team outings, have to work on weekends, taking leave is very difficult, worst cafeteria, they don't follow any process, company policies are not clear and always in favour of the organisation, strictly not recommended even though they pay you better compensation.

Even though the work is quite challenging and interesting you can't express yourself , you have take orders from the higher management say yes to everything.
