This company operates with zero regard for its employees. The management, especially a certain lady boss who blatantly disregards employees, treats staff like disposable labor, showing nothing but arrogance and disrespect. Expect to be spoken to in a degrading manner, with no appreciation for your contributions. When it comes to your departure, they will push you out the door at their convenience—only to later refuse your rightful salary, using the excuse of an “unserved notice period.” Even if they were the ones who determined your final working day, HR will twist the narrative, shift the blame onto you, and deny your final pay without hesitation.
