...ompany operates with zero regard for its employees. The management, especially a certain lady boss who blatantly disregards employees, treats staff like disposable labor, showing nothing but arrogance and disrespect. Expect to be spoken to in a degrading manner, with no appreciation for your contributions. When it comes to your departure, they will push you out the door at their convenience—only to later refuse your rightful salary, using the excuse of an “unserved notice period.” Even if they were the ones who determined your final working day, HR will twist the narrative, shift the blame onto you, and deny your final pay without hesitation. This is the brutal reality of working here. If you value dignity, fairness, and financial security, reconsider before stepping in.

It is not good company for experience employee. CTO behavior is not good. Lot's of work pressure and career growth is very bad. The working environment is not good. It's not provide any comp-off for extra time. We have worked 16-20 hours and working sat and Sunday mostly.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. CTO behavior is not good for the employee and they are not provide any facilities for employee (like medical , PF , and other feature)

Husband & wife has opened the company and made it a home company . They bring their small kid in office and employee who will take care of kid will get the benefit. Owner is so unprofessional and talk so badly to their employees and being a lady Mrs Shuchi is having so much ego. She has made culture so bad and full of politics. No one should join evn company should be closed as these husband & wife are fraud. Hr maneger is the family friend of them and they all create problems in f & f and even in pf also..
