Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There was no problem with company but rubber crumb is harmful of the body and some general issues are everywhere.

Work Details

I am a production manager. I looked the granual production on the ground. After that maintain a per day sheet which had told about the granual quality speed, time, quantity. And sent it to lab for testing.
