They. Are give cash salary for one year. They don't trust employees for one year this is policy.. After that they give salary on bank this is called on roll process in Babu lime langauge.. Thare is not management No professional No travelling facility

Family Atmosphere and Calture is Very Best. In my 25 years career I found this type of Calture in very few companies. Management is very transparent in every aspect.
