Dear Sir, It is very pathetic to share my experience regarding support of B2X service solutions towards their employee in this pandemic situation. I have been informed from my manager that I am on hold from company side for some time due to covid-19 & company will resume my service after some time. Today it almost have passed 7 month till lockdown but neither my manager or my HR contact me till date. It is very painful when you are giving your 100% to the company but when you need company support in pandemic situation none of the company employee have contacted you. Even I am struggling to get status of my employment at B2X service solutions. Please let me know what is the maximum time on being hold as per company sho'p.
