Lets do A-jinkya B0b-day Myth Busting as they call it :0 Team strength: The current team consists of Python, Java, PHP teams majorly. There's a QA team, design and creative, SEO and content management teams too. A well balanced happy crowd and a fine tuned approach. Down-to-earth Management: They have a open door policy and anybody can approach anyone from Project Manager/HR/Director for any issues at any time. There are employees working here since 8-9 years who are a live example of the workplace this is. Please reach out to current employees to get an accurate review rather than the ungrateful ones who absconded on pretext of father's heart failure. We can only pray for their father(s) ;) Genuine Reviews: Typical woke mentality of absconding employees make them feel that people who have good experience with the company are fake. Get a life. HR: Gentle, soft spoken HR, great listener, never raises her voice, employee friendly. Give her a call and you'll know. Medicare and Covid: All employees get free health checkups, RTPCR checks and other benefits from time to time. Anyone who denies this, can be easily proven wrong by 40 others. CTO: Current CTO has worked with Nestle, Qatar Airlines and other companies before. If he decided to join this company, I guess there's no need for further explanation. Work timings: The office becomes 100% empty off work hours, nobody is forced to stay back. Some unmarried female had to resign since she stayed back for 30 mins more due to a level 3 emergency and her conservative dad disliked this and made her to resign. Far-sighted and highly skilled: Project manager has worked for 4 years in ambitious projects in the US and the Head of the Technical team has been with the company since 8 years and has a Masters degree in Engineering. Funny people: There is a funny guy in the Python team who stand up and start walking randomly in the office for no reason. He needs medical attention but the management does not indulge into private affairs of individuals and this person keeps walking and distracting everybody. Personal Hygiene: Again, the same Python team had a guywho wore same clothes for 2-3 days in a row. He had punctuality issues at work due to his dominating wife and on being told gently by the HR, claims that there's a lot of internal gossip going on. Dude, you give us a headache and others need fresh air. He is gone but his team is still out of breath....lol...Read More
