The office location is excellent, and the company has great policies like alternate saturdays off and lunch provided on working Saturdays. They organize fun engagement activities and almost yearly trips (recently went to goa). Of course, you've got to earn that trip!:) Supportive colleagues. You'll like the company for first month or two.

No professionalism, worst HR policies, actually there are no HR policies there. HR department is for name sake only. They will make you dance as per their requirement, and when work is done they will terminate you without any prior notice. Termination is like game to them, saw many in my small tenure. No learning or training is given to new employee and expected to perform his 100%. Manipulation of employees is at best in this company. No fixed rules they will change as per their convenience. Discrimination with new employees, some employees will take leaves as per their convenience, even HR but if you ask for leave they'll always resist. They are just some ego manic people having enough money to open a company. No flexibility, your each and every step will be noticed and will be used against you when required. No work life balance. If they are paying you they will be expecting you to work long hours even after getting home, and will not acknowledge these as your efforts. One of the worst company i have worked in....Read More
