The office location is excellent, and the company has great policies like alternate saturdays off and lunch provided on working Saturdays. They organize fun engagement activities and almost yearly trips (recently went to goa). Of course, you've got to earn that trip!:) Supportive colleagues. This company is perfect for those who want to work and grow because once you're in, you'll likely stay for years. I was amazed to see employees with over 10 years of dedication here, which shows the long term opportunities the company offers.

It is great place along with flexibility to adopt any technology in accordance with project requirements or our best efforts, making it an independent platform for dealing with advanced technology. The organization maintains a high standard of decorum. The work life balance is good. Also company has appropriate cycle of appraisal for performers who qualify the decided KPI's.

It is startup company but no future though and no job security and mismanagement the career path wise not suitable.

No Job security , Mismanagement of work, Incapable persons are set for management level, Hr management is also irresponsible, If you’re requesting a genuine request after that not supporting in the transparent scenarios . Lots of staff are facing direct termination job issues due to mismanagement.
