New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

The office location is excellent, and the company has great policies like alternate saturdays off and lunch provided on working Saturdays. They organize fun engagement activities and almost yearly trips (recently went to goa). Of course, you've got to earn that trip!:) Supportive colleagues. It is startup company but no future though and no job security and mismanagement the career path wise not suitable.

Dislikes

No Job security , Mismanagement of work, Incapable persons are set for management level, Hr management is also irresponsible, If you’re requesting a genuine request after that not supporting in the transparent scenarios . Lots of staff are facing direct termination job issues due to mismanagement.

You'll like the company for first month or two.

Dislikes

No professionalism, worst HR policies, actually there are no HR policies there. HR department is for name sake only. They will make you dance as per their requirement, and when work is done they will terminate you without any prior notice. Termination is like game to them, saw many in my small tenure. No learning or training is given to new employee and expected to perform his 100%. Manipulation of employees is at best in this company. No fixed rules they will change as per their convenience. Discrimination with new employees, some employees will take leaves as per their convenience, even HR but if you ask for leave they'll always resist. They are just some ego manic people having enough money to open a company. No flexibility, your each and every step will be noticed and will be used against you when required. No work life balance. If they are paying you they will be expecting you to work long hours even after getting home, and will not acknowledge these as your efforts. One of the worst company i have worked in....Read More
