I worked with this company for nearly 2 yrs , leaving a safe job in search of better career growth but this organisation is completely about unprofessional group of guys in the management , with loys of fake promises , hoaks , with no growth opportunities , and horrible work culture and serious work pressure due to less sales always.

Dislikes

The first things is job satisfaction which sincerely not present with Y-Axis , as they are selling fake promises to clients all over India , in the name of immigration , job search services , PR , study and so on with lots of products fake , looting people for huge sum of money . The Manager who has become AVP is the most wrong person in the entire office , with no managerial skills , biases , fascist , so called fake feminist , making her life difficult along with the people working in the office and continuesly pressurising the employee for sales . Followed by 2 asst managers one is doing modelling whole day long , and acts as if she is very smart and beautiful when she is not where as the fact is that she is dumb and relying on her subordinate to perform for her and grouping whole day and other fat one is begging for services selling fake promises and acting loose and scouting young boys and begging for food , both in simple terms cheap by nature and character . And then the front office executive is no less in this , by robbing the organisation in each and everything she does , while making love to her boyfriend in office full day and covering up all her scams , but she does have supper powers which is Gossiping , acting loose , playing fool with new recruit and so on . With few other executives who are all power crazy and behave as the directors of the company but the reality is they are very weak and lost people in person life's . This ideally is not the Place for people with ambition , passion , and hard working attitude. Only good about this company is that they provide training for your skill development.

Salary is very low, they deduct the salary by without any reason, company policy always keeps on changing as per the mood of director.

I had great experience in Y-Axis. Y-Axis is main roll in my currier. Every one in Y-Axis are very friendly. Of course there is a lot of pressure and problems but Y-Aixs won't let employees to suffer every TL and manager will help on the time.

working environment is very very poor nothing to gain knowledge its not suitable company who want to achieve and gain some knowledge suitable for freshers and students to get some experience and its d-grade company relieving letter also not valid in some corporate companies swear i am facing this issue.
