They asked my linkedin credentials, unfortunately I shared because of the trust, my bad luck is due to that reason My linkedin is permanently blocked ,I explained this information to my manager,but no one understand my situation. Due to that reason, I am not getting job offers every company asking my LinkediN profile--but I am.not in a position to share those because of this Axion only. I don’t like anything about Axiom . All the staff treats the newcomer very badly they don’t care if you work hard and honestly . They are not at all trustworthy people don’t believe any statements of the HR ask them to mention your in hand salary in offer letter rather than CTC . Payroll department and Management is very unprofessional.

Dislikes

I dislike everything about Axiom no one is nice with you they keep on fighting with each other creating unnecessary drama in the meeting. Very unprofessional people not coming from good backgrounds.especially Aaskie Malhotra and Saranga just don’t trust them they will spoil your entire career. Team leader in US process acts like sheis queen of somewhere giving orders to others. And she brought so many people from her last company she hides their faults because they are there colleagues from her last company. And Reporting Manger Utkarsh Sharma never listens to other he blindly follows what team leader tells her because team leader is also his reference....Read More
