It is completely like a government job but in a private sector. For a fresher, it is an ideal job to continue till a year.

Work life balance is nothing. Managers and some of the team leaders aren't doing their respective jobs. A lot of micro management is done and that may hinder the performance of some people too.

My managers are very supportive and we had options of working from home but I Have no laptop. However they never forced to come to office and work and understood the risk of corona virus and informed java to stay home and be safe. Meanwhile my colleagues who had laptops working for the process and giving their best.Once the lockdowngets over I personally will work extra hours and ensure our business partners and clients are happy and be back to our usual business days ie giving our clients customer satisfaction.
