3rd class team...first of all manager doesn't take a stand on the people who work properly instead he takes towards the people who talk nicely with him eventhough they doesn't work...when asked about this to manager idiotuc person says as "you don't talk anything apart from work with me and this is how IT work"...These kind of uncultured team and manager. They take interest in our personal matters and do investigation about our personal stuff which is not required at all...when we ask about this again the same talk. I never got a chance to work here inperson with this disgusting people...still felt so so insecure. Appraisal and increment are terrible. Excellent performers and successful performers receive same raise. Very demotivating for best performers. Office politics is at its peak. Managers and team leads hire there relatives and the get high pay raise and promotion instead of the best performers and hard work loyal tenured employees.
