The only thing good about this company is I got only 2 or 3 people who are good and really wants to support freshers and want them to grow

1. I was hired as a fresher in a batch comprising 100 Resources 2. This batch was divided into five sub batches, each focusing on different sub-domains, 3. I was assigned to the helpdesk role, providing L1 call support, despite excelling in training and all pre-onboarding examinations, I ended up in this role 4. I emphasized my proficiency in web development, including hands on experience with React and next.js from my internships which I have done in the college for 2 years, none of the other resources possessed this expertise, 5. It was highly disappointing for me, as i questioned what my future would hold if my career started this way 6. I observed that some resources were selected for a good data analytics projects based on their appearance, one individual from that project entered the room, asked the names of candidates and took them without any technical Evalution in project and all those selected were attractive 7. There is no support for growth within the company, not much hike for freshers .nor is there assistance to switch projects , I attempted to change projects once, but my request was denied due to my good performance and expertise in the current role 8. A strict rule of sitting 8 hours straight in this help desk job with tool tracking our time, we have exactly 30 min of break and exceeding this time results in scolding from team members or higher management 9. there is no proper management here, if you want leave on someday you have to arrange the replacement then what management is there for I don't know 10. There is a clear divide between the south and north people of the company, preventing a unified team environment 11. there is no proper hierarchy and don't know who manages who 12. During my tenure at the company, I observed several concerning issues that negatively impacted my experience as a fresher. Despite the initial excitement of joining the organization, the lack of opportunities for freshers was disheartening. There were no projects assigned, and communication from HR and managers was scarce. Despite my efforts to reach out, responses were often inadequate, and I was advised to continue studying without any clear direction. After eight months on the bench, I was asked to resign due to a bench policy that affected not only myself but also subsequent batches. It is perplexing why the company continues to hire freshers while failing to provide them with adequate support and opportunities. This practice creates challenges for freshers seeking employment in the current job market.
