There is no work life balance in this organisation. You are expected to work 24hrs and there is lot of micro management. The old employees think they are the owners of the organisation and behave rudely with other employees. The environment inside the organisation is very dull , everyone is trying to impress the upper management even if they have to misbehave or dominate others. Most of the projects have tight deadlines which force us not only to stretch the working hours on weekdays but also work on weekends and it is very common. The worst part is management does not take this seriously and it seems very normal to them.

Very bad culture lot of mictomanagment Deadlines are always tight .dependency om other teams and other team member wont help .All time late calls and extended hours .It seems like someone working on day shift as well as night shift . All these things affect health .
