Teammates are very supporting. Avizva gives many chances to show his capabilities. Appraisal are sometimes okay sometimes very good. They have proper management if you have to travel at client location. There is lot to learn on floor, good platform for beginners.

Open politics , partiality and management believe on few set of people only. Training culture needs to be refine to much extent. Work life balance need very much improvement.

The management is not considerate about employee’s experience and follows nepotism in promoting and giving rating to employees. The work environment is aggressive and output is expected in very less time. There are no fixed work assignments, product owners are expected to be delivery managers and at the same time expected to create ER diagrams. The roles and responsibilities are not aligned with profiles and the behaviour of old or senior employees is not at all welcoming. Most of the projects have tight deadlines which force us not only to stretch the working hours on weekdays but also work on weekends and it is very common. The worst part is management does not take this seriously and it seems very normal to them.
