good infra , Snacks and leisure time activities are major attraction point nowadays but just dont join only for that.

No Job security, Hiring and firing on regular basis. No good projects, only freshers company, no skill development, terrible meeting timings. No Team support and good coordination in teams. They will give you higher package offer but will fire you on immediate basis without any notice. The management is not considerate about employee’s experience and follows nepotism in promoting and giving rating to employees. The work environment is aggressive and output is expected in very less time. There are no fixed work assignments, product owners are expected to be delivery managers and at the same time expected to create ER diagrams. The roles and responsibilities are not aligned with profiles and the behaviour of old or senior employees is not at all welcoming.
