Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

I think do not waste your time on giving interview here because they think that they are future on networking and treat you like you are not doing anything in your current companies. I felt it is kingdom where only one person decision is imposed over there existing employee whether anybody you can think of till anyone at any position. I think they should reverse there interview round process starting from who's is decision maker and no need to take any further rounds because one person who is decision maker does not give any value to his existence employees feedback whether he is anybody till highest position in his organization.
