I think do not waste your time on giving interview here because they think that they are future on networking and treat you like you are not doing anything in your current companies. I felt it is kingdom where only one person decision is imposed over there existing employee whether anybody you can think of till anyone at any position. I think they should reverse there interview round process starting from who's is decision maker and no need to take any further rounds because one person who is decision maker does not give any value to his existence employees feedback whether he is anybody till highest position in his organization. I am requesting you kindly do not waste your time in such narrow minded people company who think that other companies are fool who are giving employment to interviewee....Read More
