I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

As I have joined this organisation as executive ops and work here more than year. Only single project have stc need to bring more project . Its service based company, Company is established in Corona time and 3 years has gone. As here for learning,you will learn from lots of course from udemy. It's good for freshers,to learn new thing. Salary wise you will get every 1st day of month.
