Salary should match with industry standards, every year its becoming a challenge to convince the people to retain them. Irrespective of number of nominations for promotion, all eligible should be given a promotion.

I am working as a Test manager at AVEVA and my responsibilities start from Designing the test plan , Identifying the epics and features for agreed releases and tracking the deliverable to completion on time to meet customer expectations.
