Sorry, there is nothing at the moment. When you cannot provide, appraisals and have to take loan to survive then when is good. Whose fault is that Senior Management, who don't know management.

Dislikes

Nothing, no appraisals, nothing has been done to boost morale, infact managers are putting more pressure to reduce cost as directed by Directors. Worst time of my life in Avaya. Not able to meet daily expenses even. Please do not join. They dont think about you. As you grow with years of hardwork, you will become a liability for them. Will get regular threats that we will throw you out.

Avaya is the most popular Telcom product manufacturer and service provider globally. I was working with this company since July 2022. I am grateful for this as I am working with AVAYA
