You can ask for WFH (but have to provide artifacts). Only 0.60 casual leave provided and 1 sick leave for 1 month or else have to take Leave without pay.

Dislikes

1. Management is very poor. 2. HRs are not for your help but puppets of management. 3. Attendance tool is worst and if you miss then ask your manager to approve or you will be having Leave without pay. 4. Everyone is here to take credit of your hard work. 5. TL and manger will pressurize you untill you resign. 6. If you deny to workafter shift then you are traitor and they will put you in their favourite toy to play. 7.
