Avaloq is a stable product .

Dislikes

Need to hire proper teams in pune Location on priority. Very less support from upper management and hiring HR's . Also management needs to have more futuristic approach towards the product.

Parental Insurance not covered under the company provided insurance, Appraisal cycle is not fixed yet.

Work Details

I joined Avaloq India 8 months back. My experience with Avaloq is excellent. I found there is no internal politics, colleagues are very cooperative, you can balance work and life. You also get free transport. Very nice place to work.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
