Initially when I join i was told they will hire more in india to form proper teams ..which never happened....So Need to hire more people in india. No hikes after you join.

Very low pay, empty promises about bonuses which you will never get, go there only if you are a clown and you like drama, shouting in meetings, unprofessional attitude, lots of unqualified workers.

Everything, No policy to Indian, No power to Indian employee everything lies to onshore counterpart. No Job security at all, you will ask to leave company in a day. People will fingure you in the back and you didn't even know and the so called managers will have no soft corner for you. This is the worst company I ever had seen and experienced. My father always says this "don't leave your half chapati for full" so don't leave your secured job for this pathetic company. Culture is so bad. Manager named Vanita is a snake(Nagin) will eat your job.

Nothing is there to like, they are playing just to show that, there are ko worthy people from pune side.

It seems like there isn't much opportunity for learning, lack of co operations. when mistakes were made they will place blame, when something good is accomplished they tend to take credit by stating that, this happend under their guidance. they took considerable amount of time to learn processes, and prefer individuals from pune to learn in 3 to 4 months. It appears that they are biased and resistant to change. They are playing with people's job. There hasn't been any skip level meetings. It seems challenging to trust on anyone from onshore. They just want to hire someone and then eventually they will fire people. They probably do this as they don't want any BA from pune, so that can create Dependency.
