Nothing is there to like, they are playing just to show that, there are ko worthy people from pune side.

It seems like there isn't much opportunity for learning, lack of co operations. when mistakes were made they will place blame, when something good is accomplished they tend to take credit by stating that, this happend under their guidance. they took considerable amount of time to learn processes, and prefer individuals from pune to learn in 3 to 4 months. It appears that they are biased and resistant to change. They are playing with people's job. There hasn't been any skip level meetings. It seems challenging to trust on anyone from onshore. They just want to hire someone and then eventually they will fire people. They probably do this as they don't want any BA from pune, so that can create Dependency....Read More
