Work culture of the company is very good compared to other growing companies. In my profile job security depends upon 1 parameter only. Apart from that nothing is seen. I got one of the best Manager here he got excellent people management skill and he is a good mentor. Company policies are standard.

Dislikes

Very less learning opportunity. As 70% of your learning comes from your work. No new opportunities are given to improve skill at least in my team apart from general work. Process haven't changed much since its inception. Career growth - Leadership roles are given to people with zero team management, time management and work management skill. Before doing this of promotion management should give them the time and groom them first. These act favoritism discourages other team members....Read More
