The company has a great history and is the market leader in payroll processing. The work done is very interesting if you land up with the right opportunities. You can take your own initiatives to learn anything from the company but the opportunity to put to use all the learnings will be rare. If you can sustain the dislikes mentioned below, you can easily survive for a long time in the company.

Dislikes

Politics is worse. If you can't butter up your manager, you are in for the most toxic and difficult work environment. Extended work hours and unappreciative work environment can still be okay if you can tolerate lack of information on how your performance will be evaluated which you will get to know only after you take up low performance bonus / salary increase. Working tirelessly for 17- 20 hrs, client appreciation nothing matters before procedures. The HR is not supportive at all. None of the issues raised will be sorted out.
